Business customers with a valid Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number receive a 25% discount on the regular range. Create a business account and provide your KvK details; after verification the discount is applied to your basket automatically.

Yes. With a business purchase you must take the fireworks with you immediately. We do not offer the option to pre-order business purchases or store them for you.

Do you want to transport the fireworks to the Netherlands as an association or foundation with an exemption? Note that this is only allowed on 31 December between 12:00 and 18:00.

A minimum age of 16 applies to the purchase of category F2 consumer fireworks. Bring a valid form of identification when collecting; we may ask you to prove your identity.

In the Netherlands you may set off consumer fireworks from 6:00 PM on 31 December until 2:00 AM on 1 January. Watch out for any local fireworks bans or fireworks-free zones in your municipality.

Add the fireworks you want to your basket and go through the checkout process. Choose a collection day and time slot at checkout. After payment you will receive a confirmation with your collection time; you can order all year round.

You can pay securely in advance with iDEAL, Bancontact and the common credit cards. The payment is processed immediately so that your time slot is reserved right away.

For safety reasons, fireworks are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal and therefore cannot be returned. Is something wrong with your order? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we will find a solution together.

In the Netherlands, consumer fireworks may only be sold and collected on 28, 30 and 31 December. If 28 December falls on a Sunday, the first sales day moves to 27 December. You will receive the exact collection time in your confirmation and in your account.

Online orders are only handed out during the time slot you selected. Please arrive at the chosen time to avoid unnecessary waiting. You can find your collection time on your confirmation or in your account.

At our location just across the border you can collect category F2 and F3 fireworks all year round. Please note that importing and setting off fireworks bought in Germany is subject to Dutch rules within the Netherlands; check in advance what is permitted. Always bring a valid form of identification.

Bring your order number(s), order confirmation(s) or invoice(s) and a valid ID. Also make sure you know which e-mail address the order(s) were placed with. That way we can find your order quickly and hand it over without delay.

No, we do not ship fireworks to the Netherlands. Your order can only be collected at our collection point in Germany.

Store fireworks in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children, preferably in their original packaging. Keep them away from heat sources and open flames, and never set off fireworks that have become damp.

Some of our larger compounds come with a cage construction. It makes it possible to transport heavier, high-quality products within a lower hazard class.

The cage can be removed with sturdy cutting pliers or tin snips. Suitable tools are also available in our store.

Always read the instructions on the packaging first and follow them carefully. Keep enough distance from buildings, people and animals, and place the fireworks on a stable, level surface. Never lean over the fireworks while lighting them.

Our shop and customer service are open on working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Around the turn of the year extended collection times apply; we will announce the exact times in good time on the website and in your order confirmation.
